We include a complimentary tool kit to help you adjust the strap correctly.
Shipping time and costs?
The entire assembly & delivery process takes approximately 2-14 working days (Monday-Friday). To keep it simple, we charge a standardised small shipping fee for all orders internationally.
Can I design my own watch?
You can choose/customize your bracelet, case, dial, hands, and even add your own logo or initials. If you want a personalized watch, please use the configurator tool. Alternatively contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your options with one of our watchmakers.
